SUMMARY:Season's Harvest
DESCRIPTION:Medina County Farm Bureau volunteers are busy preparing for our 2019 Season’s Harvest event on August 15! Tickets cost $125 per person and a limited quantity are available. Tickets go on sale at 8 AM on June 3. It is preferred that you purchase your tickets via the online registration but you can also call the office to reserve your seats (330.263.7456).\nOnline Registration \nDirections for reserving your tickets over the phone: Payment for tickets that are called in must be received within 7 days or else held tickets will be forfeit. Please make checks payable to “Ohio Farm Bureau Foundation” and mail them to 377 W. Liberty St. Wooster\, OH 44691. It is recommended that you call the office prior to sending your check to hold your tickets because tickets often sell out within 2 days. \n  \nAll proceeds from this event benefit Feeding Medina County \n  \nOur mission is to connect diners to the land and the origins of their food\, and to honor Medina County’s farmers. Season’s Harvest is a culinary adventure – literally a harvest without walls. Ingredients for the meal are almost all local with some sourced within sight of the dining table and prepared by local chef\, John Kolar of Thyme2 the Restaurant. \nArriving guests are welcomed to tour this family-owned farm at 5 PM. Passed appetizers and wine will be enjoyed and the live auction begins at 5:30 pm. Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm and guests will be seated at a long table for a meal composed by Chef Kolar. Wine will be paired with each course.
