DESCRIPTION:MEDINA COUNTY FARM BUREAU\nAnnual Meeting \n\nDate: September 10\, 2020 \n\nTime: 6:30 PM | Registration ~ 6-6:30 PM \n\nCost: $10 for children over 13 and adults\n$5 for children 12 and under\n((For children\, must place menu selection when you rsvp.\nOptions include chicken fingers and fries or macaroni and cheese)) \nLocation: Medina County Country Club \nRSVP: Please RSVP by calling 330-263-7456 by\nSeptember 3 with the number attending in your\nparty and who you would like to sit with.\nTables will be assigned and spaced at least 6 feet apart. Reservations after Sept 3\ncannot be accommodated so please respond on time.  \nDinner will be served at 6:30PM with business meeting to follow. \nIf you wish to view the policies and election ballot before the meeting\, these will be\navailable at medinafb.org by Sept 3. \nThe meeting will be held under the health and\nsafety recommendations of the Medina Health Department. Masks MUST be worn\nupon entering and exiting the meeting. Once seated\, masks can be removed during dinner. Dinner will be served as a plated meal. \n\nNote: In the event that we cannot hold our meeting in person due to a\nhealth order\, the meeting will be offered virtually on the same evening.
