Annual Meeting

Time: 6:30 PM | Registration ~ 6-6:30 PM
Cost: $10 for children over 13 and adults
$5 for children 12 and under
((For children, must place menu selection when you rsvp.
Options include chicken fingers and fries or macaroni and cheese))
Location: Medina County Country Club
RSVP: Please RSVP by calling 330-263-7456 by
September 3 with the number attending in your
party and who you would like to sit with.
Tables will be assigned and spaced at least 6 feet apart. Reservations after Sept 3
cannot be accommodated so please respond on time.
Dinner will be served at 6:30PM with business meeting to follow.
If you wish to view the policies and election ballot before the meeting, these will be
available at medinafb.org by Sept 3. The meeting will be held under the health and
safety recommendations of the Medina Health Department. Masks MUST be worn
upon entering and exiting the meeting. Once seated, masks can be removed during dinner. Dinner will be served as a plated meal.
Note: In the event that we cannot hold our meeting in person due to a
health order, the meeting will be offered virtually on the same evening.
