Seeking applications for 2018 Medina Co Fair intern

This position is for a part-time position, about 45 hours, during the Medina County Fair: July 30^th through August 5^th.

Primary duties include:

Participating in the Medina County Farm Bureau fair committee. The intern is expected to attend the July committee meeting (date TBD).
Help with set up of the MCFB tent, displays, and activities on Saturday morning July 28^th(approximately 3 hours).
Must be available to staff the tent during the fair for the following hours:
Monday-Friday: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
It is important to MCFB that this individual is engaging and friendly to visitors! Cell phone use is prohibited.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma
Must have an OH driver’s license
Must be a Farm Bureau member or dependent of a Farm Bureau member
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of individuals
Farm Experience & Agricultural Knowledge of issues facing the Ag community

This position will pay $10/hour with a possible $150 bonus to be awarded post-fair, as deemed by the committee.
